The British Hospitality Association (BHA) called in William Murray to boost awareness of its services to independent businesses. By using relevant hooks such as changes in business rates and pensions we demonstrated how the BHA could help its members solve their problems. A mix of e-marketing, social media and PR was used to get cut through with this tough audience. The campaign made a huge difference to the number of businesses visiting the BHA’s website to find out more.
