The most innovative thing to come out of lockdown?
Definitely creating our TasteShakers business to help restaurant brands to launch into supermarkets.
What hotel is at the top of your bucket list?
It’s a boat! I’d like to follow in the footsteps of Jane McDonald and go cruising on the Ganges River (minus the singing!)
What’s your favourite food destination?
I was lucky to go on a street food tour in Vietnam on the back of a motorcycle. Loved the chiming noodles, pho, fried quail and pancakes. Didn’t love the chicken feet!
What’s your guilty food pleasure?
A steaming pot of moules-frites and cold glass of Muscadet. Best had after a cycle around Ile de Ré.
