👨🍳 We gathered national and consumer media to get cooking with Norwegian seafood in a flavour-packed masterclass at Sauce cookery school in The Langham London. Michel Roux expertly demonstrated how to make the most of Norwegian halibut, showcasing its delicate flavours in the dish that let the fish take centre stage.
