What’s your food heaven and food hell?
My heaven great streak preferably from Argentina. Hell – western Chinese food. And even in China westernised Chinese food for the tourists is not great. Real Chinese food is fantastic.
What restaurant/hotel is at the top of your bucket list?
Le Manior aux Quat’Saisons. The whole approach they seem to take whilst very expensive just sums up a great experience.
What’s your favourite food destination?
Los Angeles – went to most amazing wine bar come deli come – well just LA.
Your top food trend prediction for the next year?
Peruvian food influenced by seeing lots of Peruvian restaurants in San Francisco.
